Who we are

Good to Be Back Ltd, registered in England & Wales (No. 14007636). Registered office: 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. We act as the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

What this site collects

The site doesn't run analytics, advertising trackers, or product cookies of its own.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes connection metadata for every request - IP address, user-agent string, request path, referrer, and timestamp. This is used for security, abuse prevention, and basic operational metrics. Cloudflare may set short-lived security cookies (such as __cf_bm) for bot management.

Web fonts (Inter, Cormorant Garamond) load from Google Fonts, which exposes your IP address and user-agent to Google for the duration of the request.

The Get in touch button opens your email client with a mailto: link to good@tobeback.com. We process incoming email through Google Workspace.

How we use it

To operate and secure the website, and to reply to anyone who emails us. We don't profile visitors, build advertising audiences, or share data with marketing partners.

Where it goes

Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google Workspace (email correspondence), and Google Fonts (font delivery). We don't transfer personal data anywhere else.

How long we keep it

Cloudflare access logs are retained per Cloudflare's standard policy, typically a few weeks. Email correspondence is kept while the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. Email good@tobeback.com to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk - though we'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
